The annual Frosh-Soph State Wrestling Championships are set for Feb. 24-25 at Southport High School in greater Indianapolis. The tournament features nothing but nines and tens on the roster, and no one who placed at the state meet. The design is to get the future a second chance to step up and perform against athletes from all over the state.
